Reserved parking is non-refundable.

All pre-entries are 100% refundable until February 2, 2012.  After February 2, 2012, entry fees will be refundable at 50% of the total unless both the original date of the race (2-10-12 & 2-11-12) and the rain out date (2-17-12 & 2-18-12) are a rain out.
